The Science Park of Andalusia (Granada)
Designed by the famous spanish architect Carlos Ferrater, this modern building is inspired on the topography of the mountains of Granada (Sierra Nevada). It takes part of the complex of the Science Park of Andalusia, one of the oldest in Spain.
In a growing area of the city, disjointed, and with poorly defined limits, the project is conceived as a single large deck that gives a quality of continuity to the space. Floating on a slope terrain, it creates a new topography. Inflections appear, folding at certain points, resembling an open hand in which each finger has a different part of the program.
Really worth a visit!
